Shop Policies


PLEASE REVIEW THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.


* Please arrive on time and not early; no one will be admitted to the shop prior to their appointment time. When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and at the time of your appointment please call or text your artist to confirm your arrival. Please follow these instructions, and don't stand at the door knocking.


* Most tattoos require a consultation appointment prior to booking. All tattoo appointments require a deposit. Information about appointments, deposits and our cancellation policy can be found on the "Tattoo Appointments" page.


* No children are allowed inside the shop.


* We no longer requiring our clients to mask while inside the shop, although it's absolutely fine if you chose to do so on your own! If you have health concerns or just don't want to be indoors unmasked or inside where others have been unmasked recently, PLEASE LET US KNOW when you book your appointment! We have lots of clients who continue to protect their health by masking while indoors, and can make sure your appointment is scheduled for a day when every person who is inside the shop will be masked as well. Your health is important to us, and we will do everything we can do accommodate your needs.


* If you are feeling ill, especially if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or were recently around anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, or the flu, or any other highly contagious communicable disease currently circulating, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. We will do the same for you. If anyone in your household has recently had COVID-19, the flu, or any other highly contagious communicable disease, or has been exposed recently, please inform us prior to arriving for your appointment.
