All tattoos are by appointment only. To make a consultation or tattoo appointment, please call or text Seven Stars at 707.273.5111, or email us at sevenstarshumboldt@gmail.com. Please be patient! It may take a few days up to a week to return your call or text.
Please remember: Although you are free to text the shop whenever you like with any questions, it is still a business phone, and it remains in the shop at all times. No one will be answering calls or returning your texts at 9pm at night or on days the shop is closed. All calls/texts will be returned during our normal business hours, usually between 11am and 7pm.
There is no charge to have a consultation to discuss and begin planning your tattoo idea. If you would like to set an appointment for your tattoo, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be taken; this will come off the price of your tattoo when you get it, and if your tattoo is multiple sessions, the deposit will be held and will be deducted from the cost of your last session. For large-scale work (full sleeves, full back, etc) we sometimes take a larger deposit; your artist can give you more information about that during your consultation appointment. In general, we prefer it if you paid in cash (there are four banks within a block of the shop, all with ATM's outside), but we are also able to run your credit card, or accept Paypal, Venmo or Zelle as payment. It is up to your individual artist to decide what form of payment they accept. If you choose to pay by credit card, a fee of 2.8% will be added to your cost. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelling your tattoo appointment at the last minute or simply not showing up is a huge disruption to our day and finances, and as such, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiting your deposit. If you'd like to reschedule after a short-notice cancellation, you will be required to put down a new $150 deposit to do so. There are no exceptions to this policy.
